2 © 2009 Autodesk Autodesk | Integration with the AMCA  BIM-MEP AUS TSI, Karelcad, Autodesk and AMCA have been engaged for 18 months now gathering trends, requirements and laying down the foundation for a long term solution for you.  BIM and IPD Forums BIM shifting the mindset of traditional fabrication and construction as companies are beginning to apply similar principles to the fabrication of building components. Companies are working in new contractual ways to improve collaboration and project success. Support industry to remove the barriers.  Off-site fabrication or assembly Fewer shipments of components have to be received at the construction site eliminating the need to store and track hundreds of pieces for the same component, On-site construction work can occur simultaneous to fabrication. This requires a collaborative solution!
