Before I show you any of the techniques, you need to log into your email account. All you have to do is saerch your email on your search engine and log in, if you don’t have an e-mail account, you need to create one.

Attachments, are files, photos, videos, but mainly documents, that you can attach to your e-mail. The attachments, picture is normally shown as a paper clip, like this…

Attachments are really useful for e-mail, if you need to send somebody an important document, it’s the easiest and fastest way, and also completely free!

First, click on the new button, to start a new e-mail

Now you need to write the e-mail address of who you are sending it too Now you need to write the subject, e.g- canteen menu ideas

Your e-mail should now look like this.

Now you need to click the little paperclip tool, to add an attachment

Next click browse, so you can find the document you want to send

Then click the document you want to send and then click open

Then you need to click the attach button

Once your attachement is attached you can click the send button! And that’s how you send an attachment

An autosignature is when you write a letter, and then you would like to add your signature at the end! The sign for autosignature is normally a pencil and paper, like this…

Autosignatures are useful, for writing letters, every letter needs a signature, and its very useful for sending group e0mails aswell

click the options button

Now you need to write out your signature here, and then tick the box that says add these to all my e-mails

Then click the save button

Once your autosignature is on the email you can click the send button! And that’s how you send an autosignature

Setting prorities means you set your email to how imprortant it is. So then the person who gets it will know they need to send one back fast. It normally looks like this

Priorities are useful because if you have something that you need to be sent back you can set the priority as high !

First, click on the new button, to start a new e-mail

First click the red exclamation mark Then click the down arrow to show that it is less improtrant
