Return to initial screen after irrigation. fertilizer valve running check Sounds an alarm if the EC value is over I and pass 30seconds during irrigation. When it passes 30seconds after alarm, system running stops with below screen. Follow up the screens instructions and press HALT, Then, start again to operate. 13 Page 13 EC Converter ZERO (standard value) adjustment method ZERO Adjustment of EC Converter 1. Prepare EC standard solution. (if there is no standard solution, prepare EC portable whose close to standard value) 2. Prepare - driver. (a kind of clock driver) 3. Remove EC sensor from SW-1004E system. 4. Put EC sensor into the standard solution or the solution which is checked with EC portable. 5. Open cabinet in front of system and find the EC converter. 6. Turn on system power and check the Current EC value of the initial screen. 7. Adjust by turn right or left SPAN volume in the center of the EC converter by using driver. 8. Set to the EC value which is checked with standard solution or EC portable. 9. Adjust exactly by repeating more than 3 times. Never adjust other volumes of EC converter. Put the EC sensor into the solution as deep as possible. ZERO adjustment drive Never adjust!! ZERO SPAN ZERO adjustment volume SPAN about 10 round adjustment to left/right Never adjust!!
