Data Hub Authorities notified by WDF that validation is complete and data loaded onto hub Level 35 EA Reconciliations sent to authorities Check accuracy, quality and consistency of data Environment Agency Audit Qualitative checks - final destinations, reject rates and cross-boundary movement Regs require audit to be completed within 5 months of end of quarter Authority Enter data level 20 authorise to level 30 Enviros Validation Quantitative check of trends/anomalies and discrepancies EA report performance to Defra EA report performance to Defra EA report perfromance to Defra Authority Amends rolled down data as necessary Validation needs to be completed within 1 month

8 99 Authorities got data to level 35 on time - all received draft reconciliation by 31 Aug 12 Authorities provided late data - all received draft reconciliation by 6 Sep 10 Authorities with very late data - received a final reconciliation figure on 2 October Reconciliation
