up the work (take the test) the

LATE WORK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY.

Late work is an assignment not given to me by the time I leave school on the day it is due.

11. Notebooks
You will need a 3-ring notebook for Foods I work ONLY. (2 “ Binder)
Tab dividers and some notebook paper in your notebook.
I do grade notebooks. They count as a test grade.
Keep everything- the state exam covers everything.
Please have a notebook by

12. Hall Passes
If the need arises for you to leave the class for ANY reason,
you MUST take the hall pass.

13. How does this class work?
We will have class time, teacher instruction time, group work time, individual work time, lab time and discussion time (not necessarily all in one day).
Every day when you come to class, there will be a “Warm up” on the board. This is your invitation to start working for the day. Please find
your seat quickly and do what
is asked. Warm ups are graded.

14. Book bags?… Book bags on NON-LAB days will be
Placed in the back kitchens…
This is not an option.
Once you get out needed materials for the day, ALL book bags need to go in the back
AT THE BEGINNING OF CLASS.

I am responsible for knowing where you are while you are in my care. Keeping that in mind, MY fire drill procedures are as follows:
1. Exit the room QUICKLY & QUIETLY.

2. Proceed to the area designated for us at the
front of the school. All of my students should
continue to the white building that is before
you get to the student parking lot. (do not
stand on the landscape.) Please refrain from
interacting with students from other classes.
Failure to follow my procedures in a fire drill will result in a detention with
me after school.
These procedures apply even if I am not in school that day and
you are under the care and supervision of a sub.
