1. The Next time you open your mailbox after your F: Drive is re-directed into yours Documents Folder you will need to re-locate your personal folder to be able to open it in your mailbox.

2. The first time you open your mail box You will be prompted with the following message: Select OK then another window will appear..

3. All you need to do is select “Open” Because the system automatically find your missing personal folder in the folder where it was saved.

4. Then you will see this page because the system will be unable to display your personal folder until you restart Microsoft Outlook So you need to Close your mail box and then re-open it

5. Then select your Personal Folders to open it

6. And you will be able to access your “Personal Folders”
