3. The Ottoman Empire was under a Bureaucracy and trade. Suleyman created a law code which handled both civil and criminal actions. The Ottomans had Jewish and Christian communities or nations known as millets which allowed them to practice their religion.

4. Invention of the Astronomical Clock. Buddhism spread throughout the Ottoman Empire thanks to the Tibetans and Japanese. Gunpowder was created and was used as a great advantage during battle. Akbar welcomed foreigners such as Muslims and Hindus. They were able to express their religions freely

5. Mostly Muslim and lived under Islamic law. Ottomans free to choose religion such as Christianity and Judaism. Communities of Jews and Christians known as millets because they followed their own set of laws and practices. Works influenced from Renaissance and Turkish styles. Crafted many works in calligraphy glass work, tile work, and poetry.
