2 Objectives -Develop reading and writing skills: -Be able to read pictures and follow the story -Be able to write stories (using flashcards and stickers) -Approach to the knowledge of nature -Be able to recognize the different animals that live in the forest -Be able to recognize the characteristics of the animals and their homes

3 Evidences for Assessment -Identify the animals  Taking, pointing or looking at the correct flashcard -Answer the questions or complete some sentences -Match each animal to their home or their track -Reading  Following the story with their eyes -Writing  Sticking the stickers and organizing the flashcards

4 Basic Competences -Linguistic communication competence  Reading and writing (Flashcards and stickers) -Competence in the knowledge and interaction with the physical world  Recognizing the different animals and their habitats -Treatment of information and digital competence  Interacting with the cd activities -Social and citizen competence  Participating and interacting in the games and respecting turns. -Cultural and artistic competence  Drawing and painting -Self autonomy and initiative  Cleaning up and taking responsibility of their activity sheets.

5 Expectations All children must: -Identify the animals -Read pictures -Write with flashcards and stickers Most of the children should: -Know the place where the animals live and identify their tracks Some of the children could: - Relate the animals, their homes and their tracks

8 Lesson 1 Our Objectives -Introduce the new lesson -Take the first contact with the forest and its animals Activities - Meet the animals of the forest with the flashcards - Perform the “Walking in the forest” song

9 Lesson 2 Our Objectives Activities -Keep on meeting animals -Know a little bit about their characteristics -Associate each animal to its picture and movements -Find the correct animal after listen its description -Imitate the different animals

10 Lesson 3 Our Objectives Activities -Learn where each animal lives -Associate each animal to its home -Recognize the different animals mentioned in the “What can you see” chant -Perform the “What can you see” chant

11 Lesson 4 Our Objectives Activities -Finishing meeting animals -Learn something more about their physic characteristics -Associate each animal with its tracks and remember their homes -Match each animal with its home -Match each animal with its tracks

12 Lesson 5. Leading lesson Our Objectives (After meeting the animals of the forest, associate their characteristics and their homes in the previous lessons) Activities -Read a story (read the pictures) - Write a story (using flashcards and stickers) -Follow the story “Mysterious tracks” by reading the pictures in the storycards -Write the “Mysterious tracks” story by sticking the stickers in the activity sheets -Write a non-sense story using the flashcards and the craft
