2. Description A TA is a senior who provides assistance to teachers and students within a specific class by becoming an integral part of the classroom learning environment.

3. Goals of the TA Program To determine if teaching and/or your field of interest continues to be the direction that you plan to pursue upon graduation by:  Assisting teachers and students by becoming an integral part of the classroom  Becoming another set of eyes, ears, and support to the teacher and students in the class  Being a positive role model and resource for students
