17. Volunteers VRUGBY vRugby aims to create over 3,744 new opportunities during a 3 year programme from 2008 to 2011 for young people aged 16-25 to volunteer in Rugby Union. Teams of young volunteers will take part in a short-term ‘bite size projects’.
