2 Update your travel to work options. Once you’ve registered You can be more flexible with your daily start and finishing times here. Also, by selecting to be matched with employees at any Civil Service North East workplace you increase your chance of finding a successful match.

3 To see the notes click on the ‘contact’ link. You can find this by clicking the balloon on the map. When you register make good use of the note box as this will be visible to those looking for a match. If you can be flexible with your time let people know here. When you are looking for a match remember to check the note box – some members may be willing to adjust their times to fit in with a good match. Use the note box

4 Open up your search Identify all - increase your search parameters. Don’t forget to check the notes to see if those close by can be flexible with their times.

5 Create and expand your group Creating groups to include more than one driver can : Take even more cars off the road; Provide a more flexible and supportive system; Saves everyone even more money. See our flexible approach to car sharing guide and find out how group sharing can work for you. When you find another member to share with, put their email address into the box and click ‘new group’. Expand your group with new members by giving them your group number.
