2 Proprietary and Confidential Incentive for PMs to pipeline more candidates  When you source and pre-qualify a new candidate - completing the appropriate fields in FOX – you become the Pipeline Recruiter.  The Pipeline Recruiter is eligible for a 50% split in commissions when the candidate is placed within 6 months from the Walk Through date.

3 Proprietary and Confidential Pre-Qualify Candidate  To pre-qualify a candidate you must perform a Walk Through  A Walk Through is the initial discussion to introduce the candidate to Comsys  A Walk Through includes: –Discussing who COMSYS is and what differentiates us from the competition –Discussing the candidates background and skills Top Skills Job Function –Discussing the candidates interest in their next assignment and career goals - their hot buttons Negotiate pay rate and type Availability for next assignment

4 Proprietary and Confidential New Candidate Entry A pop up will display after adding a candidate asking you if you prequalfied the candidate.

5 Proprietary and Confidential Existing Candidates  Add screen shot of the candidate detail with the link to prequalify a candidate If you are the Candidate POC you can click the link Prequalify candidate

6 Proprietary and Confidential Pipeline Recruiter Fields in FOX  When you perform a Walk Through with a candidate and update the following fields in FOX you will become the Pipeline Recruiter: –Enter the candidate’s availability –Verify Primary Job Function is correct –Enter one to three Top Skills –Enter a Comm Activity for the Walk Through –Enter the Negotiated Info (pay rate and type)

8 Proprietary and Confidential After the data is entered click Update

9 Proprietary and Confidential Pipeline Recruiter Designation and PR End Date Displays

10 Proprietary and Confidential Magic Folder of your Pipeline Recruiter Candidates

11 Proprietary and Confidential Pipeline Recruiter Folder Details  Number of PR Candidates also displays on your Home Page Dashboard
