Additional goals: To assist every student so that they are technologically literate by the time the student finishes 8th grade regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, family income, geographic location, or disability.

Goal All 8th grade students will have the opportunity to learn and demonstrate their computer literacy skills and knowledge in the use of the Internet and Internet tools as well as basic productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and common program functions. Measure of Effectiveness % of the total number of 8th graders tested. % of the total number of 8 th graders passing the certification exams.

11. Brief History of CLC 2003-2004 Program conceived, developed and introduced to the schools to be piloted the following year. 2004-2005 11 Pilot schools received Windows based CLC computers. ~250 students tested ~20 students passed
