7. How Do I Request A Transcript? 1.We MUST have your (blue) signed Transcript Release Form in order to send any of your records. (Do not write college names on form.) 2. Make sure checklist is COMPLETE. 3. Sign the form on the door of the Guidance Office BEFORE you submit checklist.

(Local and National listings) – Scams… Do not pay $$ for scholarships – “Google” scholarships for your personal interests
