While similar to other service clubs, Model UN’s distinguishing feature is that it provides students opportunities to experience and participate in simulations of United Nations conferences. Expanding your bubble. Social cooperation. Peace. Security.

* Each student participating in Model UN selects a country to research. They will investigate any issues that the country may currently be facing, and drawing possible solutions, and ultimately presenting their case at a conference as a delegate of their country. * Conferences, which consists of public speaking, debates, negotiations, analysis, and active listening, require proficient communication skills. Many conferences simulate actual UN organizations such as the General Assembly, Security Council, United Nations Childrens Fund, and the Human Rights Council. * In addition, as a club, we hold bonding events and other fun events, such as Fundraisers throughout the year.
