3 Junk Artist Profile;Steve Oatway He is a Junk Artist, painter and an arts director His official title is Australia’s Greatest Junk Artist He worked as a toilet cleaner, gardener, driver, welder, finance manager and customer service supervisor until 2004 and become a fulltime artist after being a hobby artist. He then spent two years teaching junk art and welding whilst living and working on an Aboriginal Community in Central Australia. He is inspired by positive feedback about my Art from complete strangers from all over the world whom I have inspired through my website.

4 Artwork; Scrap Stallion In this artwork, It is said that scrap metals are used collected from a scrap yard. It looks like a horse on two legs standing up. Feelings are conveyed through the horse seeming scary and you feel in some way intimidated. The artwork challenges traditional sculptures as its larger and made with more scrap metal and larger pieces.
