2. Korte vragen (Question tags) In tabelvorm: + (geen “NOT” in het begin)- (dan wel “NOT” aan het einde) Not-> …n’t You are smart,aren’t you? He is pretty,isn’t he? She is cute,isn’t she? It is over,isn’t it? We are happy,aren’t we? You are clever,aren’t you? They are confused,aren’t they?

3. Korte vragen (Question tags) NOT mag maar aan één kant van de komma staan. Bart is happy, isn’t he?Susan isn’t happy, is she? Als het onderwerp een naam is dan wordt het he/she/it. Bij meervoud (bijv: Tom and Jerry are enemies) krijg je:, aren’t they?
