With your partner, read each theory and copy 2-3 key sentences (supporting details) that support the theory given. Be sure to focus on just the main theory; some articles mention other theories, but they are not the focus.

3. Conclusion
After reading each article, decide with your partner which one you think is most likely. Write a 5- sentence paragraph as if you were a detective stating your conclusion and supporting your case.
1st sentence: “We believe that . . .”
2nd-4th sentences: facts in your own words from your Detective’s Notebook.
5th sentence: concluding statement
