Our services including; but not limited to; crew selection, reference control, document verification, on-line trainings – English and Competency Based exams, company specific training&exams, Ecdis type specific trainings, applying&issuing flag endorsements – we already registered from Marshall Islands and Liberia Flags , transportation and hotel arrangements, crew appraisals.

Checking CV’s of available crew on our database; if no have suitable candidate; advertisements take place.
ONBOARD ASSESSMENT 1
After 3 months of service; we ask company and/or masters to Assess our crew in order us to update our records and future of crew in our company. 5 2 4 3
SCREENING & VERIFICATION
TRAINING & EXAMS
Reference and document verification of selected candidates. Also physically interview with candidates.
Carrying out English and Competenct Based exams for selected crew. If owners requests; company specific training and other trainings completed..
