Lesson Scope At the end of this 3-hour lesson…
learners will review the Army Leadership Requirements Model (LRM), review the 10 Characteristics of Servant Leadership, apply the 10 characteristics of Servant Leadership to the Army LRM, identify the 10 traits of a Counterproductive Leader, and discuss the Army Leader Book as a tool to help you better lead your Soldiers and maintain their readiness.

Action: Apply Servant Leadership to the Army Leadership Requirements Model (LRM) Conditions: As a learner and leader attending the ALC-LCC, acting as a squad leader using an organizational-level leadership perspective in a classroom environment, given references, complex scenarios, practical exercises and classroom discussions.
