2. -Er Verb Endings This is the way to make sentences en français!

3. First,choose a verb.. regarder la télé écouter la radio parler français, espagnol, anglais voyager

4. Or……. chanter manger danser étudier travailler nager

5. Maybe even…. dîner au restaurant jouer au volley au foot au basket au tennis

6. Then…. Cut off the – er!!!

7. Chanter becomes… chant__

8. Choose a subject to talk about. I= je You=tu He=il She=elle We=nous You (plural)=vous They(masculine)=ils They(feminine)=elles

9. Choose the right ending for your subject je -e tu -es il/elle -e nous -ons vous -ez ils/elles -ent

10. Then attach the ending to the the verb !!!

11. Forexample…Forexample…

12. Nous chantons = We sing

13. Je chante= I sing

14. Ils chantent = They sing masculine

15. Tu chantes = you sing casual/singular

16. Elles chantent = They sing feminine

17. Il chante = He sings

18. Vous chantez = You sing plural/formal

19. Elle chante = She sings

20. And now you can make your own sentences in French!!!
