Welcome to the MTPD technology overview.
This coarse is about the ACES on-line system and is designed to help learners for the MAC and TSOA case management contractors learn about ACES on-line.

2. ACES Online Gaining Access through BarCode
For this course, we will be concentrating on gaining access to ACES on-line through the Barcode program.

3. ACES Online Logging into ACES from BarCode Client file in ACES
The learning objectives for this coarse are:
Logging into ACES from BarCode and gaining access to the specific client file from BarCode in the ACES online program.
Again, we will be learning how to log into ACES from a client file in BarCode and we will be in that same client file that we were in BarCode in the ACES online program.

4. ACES Online Login from BarCode
Once inside a client file, select the Systems tab at the top of the page from Barcode
Click on ACES Online
To gain access to ACES online from the BarCode program you would want to go into a client file, once inside the client file select the Systems tab that is along the top of the page on BarCode.
Once you get the drop down list “click” on ACES Online, which is at the top of the list.

5. ACES Login
Then the overlay for the ACES Login will appear, there will be a space for your user ID, then you will type in your password and click on the next button.
If you do not have a user ID and password for the ACES system please contact Snohomish County Long Term Care and Aging to gain access to this program.

6. ACES Online—in the Client’s File
ACES is live up to date information
Once you have logged in you will be put directly into the client file that you were in, in BarCode.
Here you can see a wealth of information on financial eligibility for the client.
Let’s take a look, for this particular client file you can see that the clients coverage group is TO2, which is Tailored Supports for Older Adults and that they are active.

Logging into ACES from BarCode

Let’s do a quick review of this course.
We learned in this course that you can log into ACES from BarCode, you can log into ACES on-line from BarCode.
When you go into ACES online from BarCode, you are in the client file that you were in, in BarCode.
