4 DETAILS OF PROGRAMME This program provides undergraduate level education. The duration of the program is 4 years. The language of instruction is 100% English. At the end of the 4th semester and the 6th semester, there are 2 compulsory internship. Duration of each internship is 20 working days. English preparation school is available for the students.

10 ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION
International high school students who are seniors or who are about to graduate are eligible for application to undergraduate programs at the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association.

11 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
An authorized copy of the exam report certified by a notary or a Turkish Embassy, An authorized copy of the high school diploma or the document confirming that the student is a senior certified by a notary or a Turkish Embassy (translated into either English or Turkish), Official transcript of high school classes and grades authorized by the High School Directorate and the Turkish copy of the transcript certified by a notary or a Turkish Embassy, Copy and the authorized copy of the passport translated into Turkish and certified by a notary or a Turkish Embassy, Two portrait photos, Bank receipt confirming that admission fee is deposited in University of Turkish Aeronautical Association bank account. 12 APPLICATION PROCEDURES
The application dates are between May 27 - August 02, 2019. The application should be made either by mail or in person to the Student Affairs Department of our University. The student may apply for more than one program. Application via is invalid. For further information please contact the Student Affairs or The International Office.

13 EVALUATION OF THE APPLICATIONS
The evaluation and the placement of the prospective students are carried out by the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association. The university is free to fill the quota or not. Fulfilling the prerequisites for the application process does not necessarily guarantee an admission to the university. For the admission of the prospective students, score ranking is important. The rank list is prepared by a commission appointed by the University and is sent to the Rector’s Office.

14 APPLICATION RESULTS Application results are announced on our website and the applicants are notified by writing. Applicants who are accepted are sent an acceptance letter by our university. With their acceptance letter, the applicants must contact the Turkish Consulate to get a student visa. After the approval of their applications, the registration must be completed between the dates 02 –13 September The applicants will be informed of the documents required for registration in their acceptance letters, and it will also be announced on the website.

15 MEDIUM OF TEACHING The medium of teaching is 100% English in our university. Students who enroll into these departments must take the English Proficiency Exam prepared by UTAA, Department of Foreign Languages. Students who fail the exam will need to study at the Preparatory School for one academic year, and the ones who pass the exam can progress to study at their own departments.

16 ADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS
Candidates residing in Turkey and holding a valid residence permit are required to submit the copy of their residence permit instead of the “Student Visa” document. It is essential that residence permit include the statement of “for educational purposes”. For the candidates who were born as Turkish citizens but currently hold a citizenship of another country, according to the Cabinet Decree, “Student Visa” is not required.
