17 Ray’s Story

18 Lesson 1 11/30/2019 What Should Ray Do? Choice 1: Choice 2: Ray can give up her hoodie to fit in with the group. The hoodie is important to her, it’s part of her identity, but is it more important than having friends? Ray can refuse to give up her hoodie. It would be cool to be popular, but it’s not worth it if it means changing who she is.

19 Liona’s Story

20 Lesson 1 11/30/2019 What Can Liona Do? Choice 1: Choice 2: Liona can laugh along with Volt because he doesn’t mean to hurt anyone. He is just trying to be funny. It would hurt his feelings if she told him he was being unkind. He is Liona’s friend, and she should support him. Liona can tell Volt he is wrong for making fun of a classmate. It is not kind to laugh at other people for your own amusement or for acceptance.
