SHIFTING CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR: significant changes in mutable consumer roles in markets COMPANY GROWTH & SECTOR DISRUPTION: shorter circuits of dominance, shifts in leading sectors, and rapid growth LIMITED PREPAREDNESS FOR CHANGE: organizations remain vulnerable to disruptions, primarily due to skills gaps AUTOMATION IN THE WORKFORCE: increasingly possible in an increasing number of industries INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY: rapid pace of emergence and adoption of new technologies

6 Dynamic Transition Checklist
Developing an enterprise tool to support transition of Ministers A checklist of 200+ tasks to help plan for transition and support incoming or outgoing Ministers (and their exempt staff) Links tasks to policy requirements and allows their progress to be tracked in real time Deployed across the Government of Canada using a web-based and real-time collaborative task management software Provides an enterprise-wide view of transition activities In partnership with the Privy Council Office and seven other departments

7 Data Explorer This tool organizes the wealth of CSPS programming and supports analysis and course iteration

8 Regulatory Artificial Intelligence Evaluation Platform
Objectives Expectations Adapt private sector applications to needs of regulatory & legislative advisors Timely, less labour intensive insights & analysis to inform advice or decisions Discover new capabilities The platform seeks to accelerate more complex analysis & new insights into regulations and impacts on stakeholders Assist analysts work through more than 2,600 sets of regulations across the federal government In partnership with the Canadian Federation of Regulators and federal regulatory agencies
