Coordination/Delivery: Ireland 2040 Project Board - NDP-NPF alignment and steering; Integration with work of other Government Departments and Agencies and cross-border with NI Programme Management: Monitoring, reporting and review; engagement with other Divisions and Agencies of DHPLG – Housing, Local Government, Water Planning System: Regional Spatial and Economic Strategies (RSESs), Metropolitan Area Strategic Plans (MASPs); variations to Local Authority Plans and new/updated Guidance to reflect the NPF Regeneration and Development Funds: Establishment and Operation of €2bn urban fund, alignment with DRCD re €1bn rural fund National Regeneration and Development Agency: Function, form, powers, relationships, establishment
