Facilitate a 1-hour introductory experience! Get familiar with TouchDevelop The more you know, the better you can lead. 10 What is the TouchDevelop tutorial, exactly?
Students fix a broken game by writing code to add/change functionality. The topics that are touched on include… Code as a set of instructions Syntax (object, function, parameter, variable) The coordinate system Events Conditionals Loops Brian Do a partial demo of the tutorial (first 3,4 steps, then take them to the end).

Sign in to TouchDevelop Sign in with Microsoft, Facebook, Yahoo!, or Google account In the TouchDevelop tutorial, expand videos to full screen Go to MVA in “in-private” mode (IE) or “incognito” mode (Chrome) Closed Captions are always on in IE. Brian
