WHEN – key information for you.
Children come to school with SUITCASE at normal time of 8.30am on MONDAY 21st OCTOBER We will meet in the hall. All medicines must be labelled with Child’s name Dosage Intervals Further Action to be taken Money in a NAMED purse/wallet/envelope ( A MAXIMUM OF £20 per child (anything in excess will be confiscated) The children will need a PICNIC lunch in a DISPOSABLE bag which we can throw away once eaten. PLEASE ENSURE TRAVEL SICKNESS TABLETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR OUTWARD JOURNEY. – ie Packed Separately if not already taken!

Monday 21st October Departure from Grange Community Junior School at around 9:15am Scheduled arrival at Ashford at 12:30pm Friday 25th October Departure from Ashford 1pm. Scheduled arrival back at school at approximately 3pm PLEASE NOTE THIS AN APPROXIMATE TIME. WE WILL USE PARENTMAIL TEXT

The Centre - Information
All activities take place at the centre which is fully fenced and has security entrances. Children will be in rooms of 2,4 or 5. They will be responsible for keeping the room tidy. Rooms are lockable but only adults have keys. They can be opened from the inside. The food is amazing. The children will have 3 cooked meals each day. The centre will cater for any dietary requirements.

The Activities 4 activity groups – each of 11 or 12 children. Mixed across the classes – different children form room mates 4 main activities each day Evening activity each day All activities are run by Kingswood staff with our adults supporting We encourage all children to participate and push their own limits.
