4. Put everything but your agenda and journal in the basket or under the basket.
From the back of the room, you will get two items.
Get a half sheet for recording your answers for the grammar preassessment.
Get a job application from the back of the room if you have a preference for a job. If you do not care which job you get, do not get one. It is due Friday Journal Entry – Reread the rules – go to page 2 and using a black pen, write from the perspective of your phone or backpack – you choose. What would your phone or backpack say about you if they could talk. Examples: Why won’t she leave me alone? Why did he leave me in this dark place (locker)? I am so scared and lonely. Oh no! Look out for the toilet water! Write in first person like you are the backpack or phone.

When you have finished and turned in the grammar pretest, start on today’s tasks.
Today’s tasks – Complete in order please.
Finish a journal entry for page 2, and return it to the crate. Journal Entry – Reread the rules – go to page 2 and using a black pen, write from the perspective of your phone or backpack – you choose. What would your phone or backpack say about you if they could talk. Write in 1st person from the perspective of the phone or backpack.

2. Finish items 1, 2, 3, 6, and 8. You will keep it at your desk when complete.
6 and 8 are the entire backside of the paper. We are not completing 4 and 5 on the front of the paper.
