2. 1. Your presentation files
A common laptop PC for the speakers is set at the speech table.
We’d like to collect all the files into the laptop PC.
The files are uploaded onto the RIKEN indico pages later. (The upload speed is too slow from this hotel, but the download speed is not the case fortunately.)
Before your session starts, please put your file in the PC or make sure your file exists there.
The filename of your slides should be Aug(date)-(name).pdf like “Aug27-shibata.pdf” .
The pptx files are available as well as pdf files.
If you want to connect your PC to the projector cable, the default connector is HDMI.
If you have to use the VGA connector, please consult the person in charge. We need a special operation for the case.

A rip is a strong, localized, and narrow current of water which moves directly away from the shore.
Rip currents can be hazardous to people in the water.
Please don’t swim on the shore near the hotel.
Swim on the beach where life savers watch.
