3. MEMORANDUM
This project work shall be prepared by of not more than five students
Memorandum is aims at identifying and proposing solution to specific educational issue/problem.
Based on lecture notes and other sources choose one educational issue.
As a group you are required to prepare a memorandum to the Minister of Education that proposes your suggestion in addressing the issue.

4. CONTENT OF MEMORANDUM The memorandum shall include:
Discussion on the issue in education (background of the problem, statement of the problem/ integration issue) and why the issue needs to be addressed by the government.
 proposed solution (how this issue may be addressed, propose three alternatives.
For each alternative, evaluate in terms of its advantage and disadvantage, and

5. CONTENT OF MEMORANDUM
Proposed to the Minister most appropriate alternative.
For the proposed alternative, state the financial and human resource to the Government.
Memorandum must not be more than 15 pages excluding references and appendices and to handed in by week 11 and presented on week 9 and 10.
