2 General clarifications on delivering reports (1)
Please submit your reports via EEA's Reportnet-System (no s, no paper please) Please submit: One report every year for Birds Directive One report every two years for Habitats Directive Use separate Reportnet folders for each report The title of the report and of the folder should indicate the year of application of the derogation, not the year of delivery of the report Do not submit reports overlapping chronologically.

3 General clarifications on delivering reports (2)
Reportnet: When a report is complete change the status to "Complete", do not stop at "Task(s) waiting to be assigned: Redeliver or finish" If there are no derogations at all for a specific reporting period, please ask the national data coordinator to send an clearly stating so to Stefan Leiner and in CC to Stefano Panozzo. Please note that these indications on delivering reports will remain valid also for reports produced with the new Habides+ Reporting tool. For the moment only the creation of report files will change not their delivery and organization in Reportnet.

4 Overview tables Overview tables with links to national reports in Reportnet will be published in CIRCABC and signaled in DG ENV website. Please note that these overview tables are significantly different from the summaries provided in previous years. The tables provide an overview on delivery and accessibility of national reports but they do not provide any assessment of their contents.

5 Legend: In the next slide a simplified version of the tables will describe the current situation but the actual tables will include more information such as: Reports not confirmed as complete; Absence of derogations in a specific period; Indications on accessibility of reports. Report not received. A report that is not accessible on Reportnet because locked from public view by national authorities, or not uploaded to Reportnet and sent directly. Report received (independently from its quality).
