Reach BP! What interventions can we implement to reach our YE BP?

2 This Summer – we will ALL work together to bring our Muscle Walk program to BP!
Each week the MW Team will share specific, actionable items to focus our efforts on prime revenue activities Tools, Resources and Reporting will be shared weekly as well The Recovery Efforts are driving to results showing as early as August 1 to ensure they are effective Prizes and fun to come throughout and at the end for top results!

3 Our efforts will focus in three categories
Participants/Donors Sponsorship Leadership

4 Muscle Walk Recovery Activities
Leadership Corporate Chairs secured and activated to hit 10% of the recommended 20% new income goal by Hold a Volunteer Activation Day with min. 3 volunteers Sponsorship Secure one additional Friend of MDA sponsor AND Reach 90% of sponsorship target by Participants 20 New Teams at $1k Activate more community teams for our events. Convert 5 - $0 fundraisers to Circle of Strength ($500) For Warm Leads Pilot Sites Only: Convert Warm Leads to fundraising teams - $1800 average for 287 teams

6 Weekly Action Items Each week the MW team will send action items, toolkits, and resources to support the targeted actions.

7 TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES: WEEK 1 – BLITZ DAY
Spring Events: Contact Top Teams to schedule 30 min. in person meetings. Contact all Circle of Strength participants Gather feedback, discuss matching gifts, ask how they would like to engage over the summer Contact Sponsors to schedule ROI meetings Schedule 30 min. to share ROI and ask for timing and interest in next event Corporate Chair Prospects Schedule meetings with ALL Corporate Chair prospects. Whether they say yes or not, all are the right kind of people to get involved and meeting with them is valuable. Fall Events: Corporate Chair prospects to schedule a meeting Schedule a 30 min. meetings with ALL Corporate Chair prospects as all are the right kind of people to get involved and meeting with them is valuable Schedule Volunteer Activation Date – see Toolkit Reach out to prospective volunteers to participate in volunteer activation date Past Chairs, Past Sponsor Leads, Past Top Fundraisers, Prospective Chairs, Past Jailbirds, Advisory Board Prospects Sponsorship Leadership Participants

8 TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES: WEEK 2
Sponsorship Leadership Participants Build Sponsorship Prospect List at 4x GAP to GOAL Schedule Meetings Meet with Corporate Chair prospects Secure Committee Members Secure at least 2 of the Volunteer Activation Day volunteers WARM LEAD PILOT SITES: 25% of Warm Leads Registered

Participants/Teams Leadership Reach out to 20 of your $0 fundraisers from 2018 or 2019 Start with those who personalized their page Follow-up with Campers not yet registered (This is only after your camp is over. Adjust to your camp.) Conduct Meetings with Corporate Chair Prospects

Leadership Participants/Teams Confirm 3-7 volunteers for Volunteer Activation Day (call blitz day with volunteers) Contact all newly registered walkers who updated their personal page in the past 30 days

11 TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES: WEEK 5
Leadership Participants/Teams Corporate Chair Secured and monthly meetings scheduled For Warm Leads Pilot Sites: 50% of warm lead goal registered and fundraising

12 TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES: WEEK 6
Participants/Teams 3 of the $0 fundraisers have raised $100

13 TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES: WEEK 7
Leadership Participants/Teams Executive Committee of 5-7 members secured and activated. 100% of recommit teams registered 3 new fundraising teams online (non-family)

14 TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES: WEEK 8-9
Leadership Participants/Teams Corporate Chair secured new Friend of MDA Sponsor At least 25% of campers registered for Muscle Walk Contact all newly registered walks who updated their personal page in the past 30 days. For Warm Leads Pilot Sites: 75% of warm leads goal registered and fundraising

Volunteer Activation Day Team & Sponsor Prospecting Volunteer Activation Tools How to – which reports will guide the work for participant activation REPORT – Each week staff will update the Recovery Intervention Survey – by END OF DAY FRIDAY

16 Weekly and Monthly Check In
Every WEEK on FRIDAY update the Tracker and take the Survey with action items from the week’s focus areas Every 2-weeks ED and Event Lead Check-Ins 30-minute meetings for feedback, success stories and collaboration Biweekly CELEBRATIONS and PRIZES for TOP PERFORMERS!! MDA Swag, Gift Cards, Organization Wide Recognition

17 Together we will generate over $1m to reach BP!
