1. Prayer Focus: The Chapel and The Schoolroom
Woodham Ferrers is a small village south of Chelmsford, Essex.  The numbers attending this Congregational chapel had become very small, so by selling some adjacent land the buildings were refurbished and Baptist Lay Pastor Emma Hunnable joined in 2015 to give a new lease of life. The work centres around the School Room Cafe which attracts lots of different local people with excellent cakes and food.

Please pray for the ongoing relationships that are being built across the community  * That there will be a deepening of relationships and more people will come to faith  * That the church will continue to be open to God’s vision and the continuing change  * Give thanks for all the volunteers, those who bake cakes for the café, and all the gifts and skills that are emerging
