Conduct preliminary interview and provide career guidance and counselling to candidates.
Select and invite candidates for the final selection interview with a client.

Prepare the selected candidates for the final selection interview with the client.
Psychometric testing - optional to the client - CW has been successful without the use of Psychometric testing.

Induction to the awarded candidates - Make sure they understanding the content of the contract and what is expected from them academcially and behavioral.
Make sure that awarded candidates are registered at the varsity for the right degree/diplomas.
Provide Life Skills Course - Foundations for Personal Effectivess.
