2 Practical : Pizza In pairs bring: Toppings for pizza:
Edam cheese grams ¾ c Ham/Cooked lean chicken At least three vegetable (or fruit) toppings other than onion such as Mushrooms (3-4 small), capsicum, tomato, pineapple, olives, sundried tomato, basil leaves.

3 Programme this week Monday- introductory activities
Tuesday- prepare pizza dough and leave to slow rise in the refrigerator Thursday- prepare toppings, roll out base and assemble and cook your pizza Next week- individual research You can make two individual pizza’s or one large pizza

On the sticky you have been given write down what a healthy diet means to you Read what other people in your table group have written. Write a collective definition for you table group, using the ideas on every ones stickies.

Meat for hamburger patty: 100 g lean minced beef Fillings: Aim for more vegetable fillings than meat: Lettuce, mushrooms , grated carrot capsicum, tomato, pineapple, beetroot Edam cheese- 2 slices I will provide the buns and sauces
