20 June 2019

2 About En+ Group With a well-established presence across five continents and a strong operational hub in Siberia, combining the assets of both our Metals and Power segments, the Group is able to capitalize on opportunities arising from its world class assets and scale Metals segment En+ Group’s metals segment produces approximately 5.8% of global aluminium output, making En+ the largest global aluminium producer outside of China. The metals segment’s operations cover the extraction and refinement of bauxite into alumina as well as the production and sale of primary aluminium, alumina and related products. The segment’s core smelting operations are located in Siberia, in close proximity to the Group’s energy assets. 15 GW Boguchany HPP1 ~ Ust-Ilimsk HPP Angara river Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelter Boguchansk Aluminium Smelter KraMZ Bratsk HPP Bratsk Aluminium Smelter Krasnoyarsk HPP Taishet Aluminium Smelter Yenisey river Lake Baikal POWER segment Khakas Aluminium Smelter Irkutsk HPP En+ Group operates energy assets with 19.6 GW of installed electricity capacity, over 15 GW of which comes from low-carbon hydropower sources. These assets also include 15.0 kGcal/h of installed heat capacity. Three of En+ Group’s hydropower plants are among the largest 20 in the world (by installed capacity): Krasnoyarsk HPP (6,000 MW), Bratsk HPP (4,500 MW) and Ust-Ilimsk HPP (3,840 MW). Our Energy segment is investing in R&D including the development of new types of perovskite-based solar panels. Sayanogorsk Aluminium Smelter Irkutsk Aluminium Smelter Aluminium smelter Aluminium smelter development project Krasnoyarsk Metallurgical Plant (KraMZ) Hydro Power Plants Transportation and distribution network, 500 and 220 kV (1) A 50%/50% JV of Rusal and RusHydro, comprising Boguchansk aluminium smelter and Boguchansk HPP. Boguchansk HPP is operated by RusHydro

3 Metals segment Allow for a better future
low carbon technologies Allow for a better future RUSAL’s ALLOW aluminium empowers our customers to reduce the carbon footprint of their products In a carbon-constrained world, the future of aluminium is ALLOW ALLOW enables our customers to contribute to their climate change strategy. ALLOW aluminium is made from renewable hydropower and it enables our customers to deliver products with a lower  CO2  footprint to make a positive impact for society. Metals segment offers new sales contracts, with independently verified certificates of carbon footprint from the smelter of origin to perform Life-cycle assessments of products Guaranteed low CO2 footprint: less than 4t CO2 /t of aluminium (smelter scope 1&2) Certificate with third-party verification Traceable to a single smelter Available worldwide Compensating forest planting

4 Power segment Program «New energy» program
Increase of electricity production as result of “New energy” program 2018 year 1.6 TWh/year 2025 year 2.3 TWh/year Reduction in greenhouse gas emissions due to decreased reliance on coal-powered energy generation 2018 1.8 million tons of СО2 From 2007 to 2018 9.7 million tons of СО2 From 2007 to 2025 26.2 million tons of СО2 Reduction in greenhouse gas emissions due to decreased reliance on coal-powered energy generation resulting from the modernization of turbine impellers (million tons of СО2)

5 Voluntary initiatives educational platforms
Power segment Scientific approach Voluntary initiatives educational platforms Project Major nationwide environmental volunteering event Started in 2011 with volunteers cleaning the shores of Baikal 2018 – 16,500 volunteers collecting more than 400 tonnes of garbage at 328 locations around Baikal Cooperation with NGOs to create platforms for environmental education and promote a responsible attitude towards nature Joint scientific research into fluctuations in the water level of Baikal Environmental monitoring in partnership with relevant scientific organizations and local environmental groups to inform plans for long-term research Creation of a corporate center for research into sustainable development Established the School of Environmental Entrepreneurship – students, 267 ecological business ideas, 45 real projects En+ Group is focused on a comprehensive multi-stakeholder approach to the conservation of Baikal
