You can submit the hours you work on Thursday, but otherwise Do not submit time that has not yet been worked. The contract payroll period runs from Friday through Thursday every two weeks. Since you must submit your timesheet every Thursday, you cannot input Friday until the following week. No changes should be made to timesheets on Monday. If there is an issue with your timesheet on Monday please contact the Payroll Office. You do not need to be on campus to submit your timesheet, you may submit your time from home. All time submissions must be rounded to the nearest quarter-hour (15 minute increments) i.e. 1:15, 1:30, 1:45, 2:00. If you work more than six (6) hours you must take a 30 minute break.
