1 Key Regulation Changes
Premier League Bowler Restrictions cut from 30% to 20% per innings Premier League Cup Only one discretionary powerplay (batting), to be taken by 36th over Five fielders in the circle in non powerplay overs Division 2 New ball for each innings and a higher standard ball to be used Overs per innings increased from 48 to 50 Bowler restrictions reduced from 25% to 20% All Divisions No ball if bounces more than once Home side provides one replacement new ball if lost within 6 overs Tea Interval – to be no longer than 30 minutes

2 Foul/Abusive Language
First Offence by Team When the two Umpires both hear a player using Foul/Abusive Language, they will together inform the Captain (when the offence is committed by the fielding side) or the two batsmen and the subsequent batsmen (and the batting captain as soon as is practical, when the offence is committed by the batting side), that they are issuing a "Team Warning”. This warning will stay in force for that team for the remainder of the game. Second Offence by Anyone on that Team The next time ANY player or players from that team uses foul or abusive language that can be heard by both Umpires, the player or players concerned will receive a Level One First & Final Warning. Any Subsequent Offence Any subsequent use of foul or abusive language by any member(s) of the team will result in a full Level One being issued to that player(s).

Key Points to Note Applies to any player whether On or Off the field from the start of the match to the conclusion of the match. All “Team Warnings” and any subsequent action will be noted on the results sheet by the Umpires.
