Wide variety of zoning and land uses; from dense urban downtown Tacoma to vast suburban in Spanaway – plus both commercial and residential

Project Website available including a dedicated address:
September Open House presentation boards online
Including a “virtual open house” on the website too

Four more planned within the corridor beginning Tuesday, November 14th.
Focus is preliminary HCT alternatives, design and transit service features, and criteria used to select the Locally Preferred Alternative.
