3. What is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
EAP is a program dedicated to the well-being of a business’s employees – YOU!
Employees who are emotionally healthy are better workers. They tend to work well with others and deliver quality service.
We strive to meet employee needs by providing counseling, training, HR management and support, crisis intervention, and positive legal discounts.

4. What are the types of difficulties for which employees most often seek help?
Anxiety
Depression
Communication skills
Coping with major life changes

5. How does the program work?
Each employee is entitled to FREE sessions. Contact your HR department to find out how many sessions you are entitled to.
These sessions can be used by you or by a family member who lives with you.
You meet with a therapist to discuss the best course of action.
You may use up to two sessions to meet with a psychiatrist at our Sellersville office (only for adults 18+).

6. Legal Benefit Free 15 minute phone consultation
20% discount on designated positive legal services including will development, powers of attorney, living wills, divorce mediation, and elder mediation

7. How does confidentiality work?
Your employer does NOT know who attends counseling. It is against the law for us to tell them without a release of information signed by you.
The counselor may not tell ANYONE what you talk about unless you give permission.
There are a few exceptions to this rule – suicidal, homicidal, abuse, etc.

8. What can I expect when I call?
You will reach a live person 98% of the time when you call between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday or between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on Wednesday and Friday.
You will be asked for five pieces of information:
Name
Area you live in
Company you work for
Telephone Number
General reason for the call (to schedule you with the most appropriate counselor)
Set up an appointment time, and we’ll see you then.

9. Where are you located and how can I contact you?
Our main office is in Sellersville.
We have an office in North Wales.
We sub-contract with counselors in numerous counties for your convenience.
