YOGA Feel lighter and brighter in this moving meditation vinyasa based class designed to: - build core strength & flexibility - boost circulation, immune & digestive system health - increase inner calmness and eliminate stress FITNESS PILATES A functional approach to the a traditional Pilates class. It centres around breathing, centring, concentration, balance and control but also involves more movement for everyday life!
