Children's technology park “Kvantorium” is a unique environment for accelerated development of children and young people in current research and engineering areas, equipped with high-tech equipment. Distinctive feature is not only engineering education training, but also project activities, TRIZ, 4K-competence (communication, creativity, team decision, critical thinking) and solving real production problems accompanied by experienced mentors, including representatives of the scientific school, industry and business.
Kvantograd is the first international camp on the territory of the Penza region, which includes sufficient variability of educational and educational systems and technologies aimed at creating an individual trajectory of personal development, taking into account his needs, interests, abilities, and creating conditions for professional self-determination, involving young people in socially significant activities , strengthening of international relations, as well as the development of intercultural interaction.

Strengthening international relations, as well as developing inter- ethnic and intercultural cooperation, thanks to the involvement of young people in project activities, working out research and engineering projects in teams under the guidance of mentors for their further development. Creating conditions for preparing future personnel reserve in the engineering and technical sphere.
