5. GSC-11 HoD-4 GSC will meet every 12-15 months
GSC-12 will be summer in 2007 in Japan, probably July 2007
GSC will combine Opening Plenary and Joint Session into just GSC Opening Plenary
Resolutions from GRSC and GTSC will be considered “proposed,” to be finalized at Closing Plenary, thus, radio experts from PSOs and ITU-R may need to stay through Closing Plenary
The decision to have a User Workshop or Symposium Session in conjunction with GSC is at the discretion of the host, but if held, urged to be the day before the Closing Plenary
ADMIN WG will meet at GSC-11 on Tuesday, 5:00 to 7:00 pm
Future GSCs, overall participation is to be targeted at between participants, thus, smaller PSO and ITU Delegations, and Observers at only 1 each
Help to control hosting costs and intensify the dialog
PPSOs are to review all technical presentations and contrast similarities and differences, thus, requires all presentations to be posted before the meeting
