Understanding the Personality and significance of the Holy Spirit will stimulate our desire to have more of Him. Ignorance will limit the believer from achieving fulfilment in life and in ministry.

How does God’s word describe the Holy Spirit?
He is not an influence: 1 Jn 5:7
He manifests Himself to man: Jn 1:32
Personal qualities are ascribed to Him: Acts 13:2; 1 Co 2:9-11; 2 Pet 1:21; Eph 4:30
From creation till date, the Holy Spirit has been and is still in operation!

5. THE HOLY SPIRIT: A PARTNER FOR THE GODLY
Benefits of the Holy Spirit to the believer:
He Comforts: 1 Jn 16:7
He justifies and sanctifies: 1 Co 6:11
He gives spiritual gifts: 1 Co 12:7-11
He imparts God’s love in us: Rom 5:3-5
He teaches and gives insight: Jn 14:26
He enables us in prayer: Rom 8:26
He empowers us for ministry: Acts 1:8
He seals our hope of heaven: Ep 1:13
He guides us to all truth: Jn 16:13
Every believer needs the Holy Spirit!
