Pull info from sims/banner regarding admitted students early august makes more sense because then enrollment lists close to what they should be, and our office would be registering them for classes in early august.

ealth/immunization-requirements/ Student Insurance (Gallagher) ealth/waiving-student-health- coverage/ Housing: campus offers on campus housing; pascault row on lexington or fayette square (corner of greene and fayette) Health form: must be completed, or registration cannot be completed until this is done Student insurance: all full time students must have insurance. Waiver forms must be completed by mid september. Form available from student health

15 Pharmacy Technicians In order to work as a 1st year student, you can:
Obtain/Maintain your pharmacy technician license; OR Obtain the P1 student exemption: Forms/APPS/technicians/Pharmacy%20Student%20Technici an%20Exemption%20Form%20Final.pdf Student Affairs Office will provide Affidavits for your exemption application once you are registered (end of July)

17 Pharmacy Intern After completion of your first year, you can then register as a pharmacy intern Benefits? More delegated tasks by the pharmacist You must be a registered pharmacy intern to work in a pharmacy after graduation but before pharmacist licensure Student Affairs Office will provide Affidavits for your intern application Forms/APPS/interns/Intern_Initial_Application%20update%20final.pdf P2 students then submit the initial intern application to the board with the updated affidavit
