We accept students statewide Students must complete all of the A-G courses with a C grade or better Students GPA and test scores must correspond with the Eligibility Index Students must meet all campus deadlines

4 ADMISSION/ENROLLMENT DEADLINES
JANUARY 1 – MARCH 2: Complete FAFSA OCTOBER 2012 – MARCH 2013: Take ELM/EPT as needed DECEMBER 2012: Last month to take ACT/SAT tests APRIL 15, 2013: Complete Housing Application FEBRUARY 1, 2013: 7th semester transcripts are due for those students who are incomplete. If your institutions academic calendar cannot meet this deadline, counselors should Nancy Rudolph in our Admissions office at and indicate when your semester ends and when transcripts will realistically be mailed. MAY 1, 2013: Submit your intent to enroll via the MYCSUDH portal JULY 15, 2013: Final Official Transcripts IMPORTANT We strictly adhere to deadlines

5 HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR STUDENT
We communicate with students in the following ways: MyCSUDH Portal (students should be checking weekly) US MAIL It is crucial for students to activate their MyCSUDH accounts as soon as they receive their log-in information and check their often. This will allow them the most up-to-date information on Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration and Early Start.

6 EARLY START PROGRAM Students are notified via email and mail
We offer both service and destination student the opportunity to take courses either online or in a classroom setting. All student are encouraged to register as soon as possible For more information visit us at

7 Campus parking and course instruction materials may also be charged.
EARLY START PROGRAM Course Cost: $182.00/semester unit; $182.00/1.5 quarter units plus a fee of $1 for Health Facilities and $1 for the Student Union at each campus enrolled. Campus parking and course instruction materials may also be charged.

8 APPEAL PROCESS A written Statement which clearly and concisely presents any new and significant changes that serve as the basis for the appeal. Academic records which were not available at the time of application. If they are submitting additional academic records, their Statement should include an explanation of why the additional information was not available at the time of application. Official documentation of extenuating circumstances (for example: doctors' records, death certificates, etc.). Appeals will be reviewed within two weeks of submission. and
