3. Mutual assistance...
Mutual assistance is where by one marginalized group assists another
Typical groups include: young people, unemployed, educational underachievers, socially excluded

4. The Project... Preparation
Preparation is a crucial element in preparing the young people for their experience abroad, acquainting them with the traditions and customs of the host country

5. The Project...
The project is usually for 2 weeks in which the young people from UK learn new skills, customs and traditions

6. The Project... Qualification and Career Seminar
The career seminar is the essential part of the project. It motivates the young people and helps them to realize their goals. At the end, each one of them receives an updated CV, Europass and Certificate…

7. Activities...
Again with all the work the young people spend a lot of time interacting with the children- they play, they learn from each other exchanging experiences…

It was a very powerfull experience and leaded to further volunteer placements in the same year- 10 weeks in Nepal and 4 weeks in Italy and all this was down to the 2 weeks.
