10. Dialysis Tubing Investigation
Aim: to investigate how only small molecules can move across the walls of dialysis tubing

very thin dialysis bag

11. Dialysis Tubing Investigation
Put glucose and starch solution into a dialysis tubing (the “sausage”) and seal both ends.
Submerge the sausage in a beaker of water.
Add a few drops of iodine solution to the water in the beaker.
What do you expect to see? Why?
