2. ACCOUNTABILITY IN SOUL-WINNING – Luke 16:2
Soul-winning must be our passion, our purpose and our pre-occupation!

3. KEY THOUGHT As stewards of God, we have ALL been given a mandate to GO and preach. Accountability demands that we show responsibility to the Lord, our leaders and to the lost souls that are led our way, either as fruits of evangelism, first-timers in the church or as fresh converts.

4. DISCIPLINE IN TRACKING NEW COMERS AND CONVERTS
What are the things to note?
New comers are potential converts!
Data-driven + analytical approach:
How: Create a simple spreadsheet
Track for at least 12 weeks
Periodic review (pastors +workers)
A worker should be assigned!
For converts:
Sense of family, love and care
Begin the BDP immediately for converts and arrange for water baptism
Engage converts in evangelism and outreach – encourage responsibility

5. ORGANIZED FOLLOW-UP
It involves concerted efforts aimed at conserving, maturation and multiplication of the fruits of evangelism.
Key elements: planning, preparation, prayers and participation
Methods: care, visitation, teaching, patience, contact (calls, SMS), prayers
Principles: compassion, diligence, Spirit’s sensitivity, purity, firmness, positive attitude.
Follow-up requires effort for success!
